During this time of shutdown, due to covid-19, this is a perfect time to develop a home based yoga practice. Sessions include guided yoga via zoom with Elizabeth Everett, LMT, 500 hour yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience. We will explore all 8 limbs of the yoga practice.
Specializing in Vinyasa Flow yoga these sessions combine the alignment and deep focus of Iyengar with the fluidity and energy of Ashtanga. This form of yoga challenges the mind, the body, and the spirit to work as one to detox, heal, and open the individual physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
