Dear Client,

 

        Each exclusive session I have with you is booked in advance for your convenience.  Since I have a lengthy waiting list, it is important you notify me at least 24 hours in advance in the event you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.  This will allow me to place someone else in your time slot.  If you fail to give me advance notice of your cancellation, the full fee for your session will be charged.  This policy is not to be punitive, but as I’m sure you can appreciate, it is essential to remain in business.  The charge may be waived due to weather or unusual circumstances.
